I loved the early Anita Blake books, but once the ardeur made it's appearance I got tired fast. Yes, exactly that! And I get not wanting to have sex with the other man in your woman's bed, but how do you get away without kissing or touching at all? The Groupie series says that the men aren't afraid of each other, although the most I got in this first one was a couple of kisses. But maybe they go farther in the others? I might have to check them out.
