Thank you! Hahaha... yeah, that damn butter will get you every time. One of the nice things about moving to mostly dairy free in our house is that non-dairy butter softens MUCH faster.

I'd like to say because even accomplished cooks know that things don't always turn out right and it pays to have a backup plan. But in reality, he probably eats it by the spoonful in a closet on the days that Zayne and James are making him craziest.
