True! I love Mexican food as well — what of it I've tried, that is! I just have this thing about crunchy shells with my softer inners... hence even nachos I like the chips to be soggy in with the rest of the mix, rather than crispy. I do eat chips, btw, but not with soft food! I'm weird like that ;-)
