A Happy Ending to My Crappy Week

So, after one of the most stressful weeks I've had in all seventeen years I've had this job... it's finally over.

And it's Taylor's birthday to boot.  My litle demon child is fifteen now.  Wow.  How did that even happen?  How do you move from this:

to this:

To this?

And if I were to post a more recent picture of her (which I don't do, I'm paranoid), you wouldn't even believe she was the same child.  She's so refined and sophisticated... and then she rips a belch that would make any grown man proud.  Gotta love that kid.

Really, I'm blessed with these two, smart mouths and all.  I'm still in awe of the fact that they're fifteen and thirteen now and I no longer have any babies... just young women trying to find their place in the world.

So... is that enough outdated pictures for you yet?  No?  Hmmm...

KIDDING.

I must get back to work.  Or someting.  Maybe watching the cutie-pie tech install our new router maybe?  Now that sounds like a plan.

Happy Birthday to the demon child! I know what you mean about 'where do the years go?' because man, I can't believe my oldest is 18. Come to that, I can't believe my youngest is 12. Where the heck?

And I'm so glad your week is over too, even though I don't know what happened to make it so bad. The end of a week from hell is always worth celebrating! ;-)

Thank you! Ugh - I feel your pain. My niece will be 18 in April and I'm having a hard time with that, too.

Thanks again. I can't believe how much BS work threw at me last week, it was insane. And you're so right, even though I wound up sicker than a dog all weekend, it was a relief to have that week OVER!
