The Best Workouts For Your Zodiac Sign

Okay, methinks Shape Magazine is low on articles because this cracked me up.

You can find the article here if you're interested.

So, I was looking at the articles highlighted in the email I got from Shape today and this caught my eye for obvious reasons. I'm awful in that, when it comes to things like this, I look at Cancer (me), Pisces (Taylor), and Capricorn (Maddie). But I also always look at Aries (Zayne), Virgo (Andrej), and Taurus (James, but also Troy). Because sometimes they are so dead on it kills me.

Cancer was a total me as it suggested yoga. And I love my yoga.

Aries suggested metric-based cycling which is basically spin class or what I do on my bike at home. And I'm not sure I can see Zayne going for that. He'd be all over the leader board (god, and he'd be high-fiving EVERYONE) and competing with everyrone, but getting him on that bike? Nah. He must have a Taurus rising or something.

Taurus made me laugh out loud because outdoor bootcamp? Have you ever met a Taurus? Hard pass. Troy would have NEVER, although I can see James going for it if egged on by Zayne.

Virgo suggested core exercises. I can sort of see this for Andrej, although I'd think he was more of a yoga guy. But your core is your powerhouse and he likes to keep control of things, so maybe?

Anyway, don't take this too seriously but I did think it was pretty amusing. And, for me, accurate since I do yoga 2-3 times a week as it is.

Slow news day, I guess. But it was entertaining and that was all I was hoping for.

Some days it doesn't take much to entertain me. :)

Core? No. Just NO. I'll stick to my walking and my yoga... when I start again.

LOL! I agree. I did a 10-minute core workout on Monday that had me in a plank and/or side plank for almost the entire time. Then, Wednesday, I did a yoga flow workout that had me in down dog almost the entire 20 minutes. Thursday, I thought my shoulders were going to fall off. LOL

Hahaha my shoulders hurt just thinking about that.

I'm sure you were!

Clearly I suck at answering comments.

OMG, do they know any Leos? My idea of exercise is walking from the bedroom to the kitchen...

In truth though, I guess dance is about right as I used to do aerobics (close to dance), but not for show, for my health! I am so lazy though these days, and can barely manage a walk once a week!

Hahaha! That's what I thought when I saw the Taurus suggestion. Troy would have never!

I loved 80's-era aerobics classes for that very reason! Ugh, I hear you on that. I need to get myself motivated again.
