If you don't know what Finch is, it's a
self-care app that lets you set goals for the day/week/whatever. You can use it to journal, track your moods, and other things to help you get through the day. I tend to use it more as a to-do list to remind me to get my exercise in, to drink my water, to do the little things I sometimes forget. There are lots of good aspects to the app and I've been using it for way too long. (I just looked and my birb is 4 years and 3 months old so yeah.)
