Self Realization
I was scrolling Facebook while having my morning snack (Chips Ahoy protein shake and a nana y'all) and realized something about myself.
A good chunk of my friends sell things. Tupperware, bags, beauty products, ect. I don't buy much of it (minus the Tupperware, I'm a total Tupperware sucker), but I try and support them when I can. Especially the ones I know who are struggling or it's their only way to make income. The one that has a nice, cushy ass life with a big house, nice cars, and sending her kids to private collages, however, can suck it. 🤣
Got off track there for a second, sorry.
Anyway, the thing I discovered is that, despite my extremely high tolerance for making a fool of myself, I could never do this shit. The constant posting, the taking pictures of myself with/using the products... yeah, no thanks.
And this is coming from the woman who, when asked by Inspector CrazyPants where the closest place to eat near her office was, responded with, "The strip club around the corner has a buffet." (It was the only time I've managed to render him speechless, too.)
So yeah, making a fool of myself is second nature. But this? Hah, hard pass.
