Oh, don't worry - it's one of those things that just slip past us all. I figured you'd rather I pointed it out than left it and you found it three years later or something. Feel free if you catch me doing anything similar, or any obvious mistakes either - I know it's never aimed at being horrible or anything! We all miss stuff, no matter how much we think we've checked.
