I use Google Translate a lot.  Mostly to make sure what I'm typing is correct, but also to translate song titles.  I have a lot of non-Englist artists in my Spotify library due to trying to learn various languages.  Also, Eurovision.  But I digress.

I was translating the title of a Romanian song this morning and noticed this.



Who knew that Google Translate had Romani as one of its languages?  Not me, for sure.  Otherwise, that would have been getting some use.  Hahaha.  And as an interesting side not, the Q'eqchi' langauge is apparently a Mayan language spoken in Mexico, Guatamala, and Belize. 

Okay, enough of my idiocy.  Hope you're having a fantastic Tuesday and that it's not too terribly cold where you are today.  

And yes, I'm exaggerating.

Can someone please, please tell me that I absolutely, positively do not need both special edition hardbacks of Travis Baldree's books Legends and Lattes and Bookshops and Bonedust?

Becuase they're both on sale at Amazon right now and my bookshelf is begging. 

The real issue here is that I have already read them both and, since I'm not one to generally re-read things, these would be pure eye candy for my shelf. 

For speculative purposes, Legends and Lattes and Bookshops and Bonedust. 

And now I'm going to wait for someone to talk me off this ledge.  Hah.

The first song presented in the songfic challenge at 1_million_words was Taylor Swift's "Anti-Hero".  From the first time I heard it, it made me think of Zayne.  So, when it was presented, he is immediatly who I went to for inspriation.

I wrote something early in the fic that made me think of another song - "Love You Too Late" by Cole Swindell - and then it rather spiraled out of control and now I have a(nother) new playlist.

While I managed to keep the playlist down to nine songs, the fic topped out at over 4k words.  IN TWO DAYS I WROTE 4K WORDS. 

Anyway... if you're so inclined and use Spotify, feel free to save the playlist.  If you know of another platform where I can make a free playlist, let me know.

OH!  And hopefully I'll get the fic posted tomorrow.  It's done, I just need to give it one more read through and I don't have it in me today.

Guys... every Friday, I get up and open Spotify and look to see what new releaes are out.  If nothing catches my attentinon, I head over to a Spotify curated playlist called New Music Friday Country and open it up.  It always has new songs and generally things I wouldn't normally come across on my own.( NSFW inside )
