From the Plumbing Archives…
Feb. 25th, 2010 12:40 pmI was given a service ticket this morning to price out and write up. So, I go look up the prices on two very common items – a set of closet bolts and a wax ring for a toilet – and sit back down at my desk to add up the material and add the labor.
I open up my invoice program and add all the items in and then move on to the description of the work being done. This is what I get:
Replace toilet & fix H&C (hot and cold) on lav (sink).
Toilet was ripped from flange – wax everywhere – lots of fun – Thanks John – I love you too!!!
Okay, so I’m LMAO over this and just thankful the contractor didn’t see this one. John is our guy who herds the plumbers and gets them where they need to go, so he’d have been the one to send our guy to this particular job.
JP? I love you. :)
