I wonder if you mean BookMooch (or it was something like that)? PBS is only US-based. But yeah, I can see that getting expensive really fast if you don't have a media mail option. I have to watch how many books I post at one time because once I posted like 10 or 12 and 9 were requested right away. OUCH.
I read a book of hers back in high school that I enjoyed. Can't remember what it is right now though. I love that you guys get together to watch shows! Back when the first season of Survivor aired, I was pregnant with my older girl and we were living with my in-laws. My husband was working two jobs and my MIL worked nights, so it was my FIL and I. Somehow, we got hooked on that first season. Haven't watched it since, but it was fun.
