“Look, Cas,” Dean said, pleading the angel to listen to what he had to say. “I know this is unusual but…”
“But,” Sam said, jumping in after a look at his floundering brother. “But it’d be a great help to us if you’d do this.”
Castiel crossed his arms and looked at the brothers. “I don’t know,” he began, the edges of his determination already eroding.
“Please,” Sam asked.
“Yeah,” Dean added. “Please?”
In the end, it was Sam’s puppy dog eyes and Dean’s eager smile that made him cave. “Okay, but just once.”
“Yes, Sam said.
“YAAAAAAS,” Dean shouted. “I get to drive!”
“We really shouldn’t let him drive,” Castiel said.
“Right,” Sam agreed with a nod. “But you really shouldn’t agree to make the Impala fly, either.”
“Yes, I know,” Castiel said, following Sam out of the hotel room. “But for some unknown reason, I can’t ever tell either of you no.”
