Hah! A reverse harem is just what you think it is - one woman with a harem of men. In this case, it's Lilith with the five members of a rock group called Beauty in Lies. She wasn't actually a groupie (a relief) as she really didn't know anything about the group. There's a long story about how she ended up at the concert, but it was actually pretty decent.
It was a bit of a dark story, but it had a lot of light-hearted moments, too.
