Men... LOL

Background: my boss, Tim was supposed to retire last month officially. Since the beginning of the year, he's been cutting his hours back, waiting until Rhett was ready to fly on his own, and then fully retire. And yet... he's still here.
This morning, Ralph's printer quit and Tim had a meltdown about how he needs a new one ASAP, it's a critical piece of equipment, blah, blah, blah. Never mind the fact that we have a massive copy/printer/scanner in the lobby. Since Joel sits next to above mentioned mega-printer, he forked over his smaller printer so Ralph could use it.
Cue the retirement talk.
Joel's out in the lobby with me because there's no room for him in the 'estimating department' (aka Tim's office). He said, "When you finally retire and I can get out of the hall..." (he's not actually in the hall but... men). Tim panics and says, "BUT WHAT IF I HAVE TO COME IN AND HELP WITH A BIG JOB?" Bitch, you're retired. Go away. LOL
Honestly, I cannot WAIT until Tim's out and Joel can move into that office with Rhett and Ralph. I can't have a phone conversation without someone yelling at someone else. At least if they were all in the same room, they could yell and not disturb me as much. Joel did say he'd miss my company but um... scoot, bicycle boy, scoot.
So, I do wonder... when on earth is he actually going to retire?
