Serious question guys

I'm making my meal plan for the week so that I can make my grocery list and get the heck out of here this morning. 
Anyway,, I think tacos will be a good idea since they're easy and I can make them vegan without issue for Taylor.  So, I'm looking at this recipe and notice that it says six servings.  Which leads me to wonder, WHO THINKS ONE TACO IS A SERVING? 

Zayne's eyes about bugged out of his head at the thought of only getting one taco for dinner. 

Okay, okay, I need to find one more thing to make for dinner this week so I'll leave you alone.  But I had to share because... really?

Even on a diet I go for two!! Not going to say how many I would eat when I wasn't dieting. LOL

Well, even in NZ where we don't tend to have as big servings as the US, I'd say we'd eat two as a minimum, though to be fair we don't really eat tacos. Hubby & I don't really like how they fall apart when you bite into them, and I prefer soft to crispy outers, so we usually go for burritos, but since they're very similar anyway, we'd still eat a minimum of two each!

That single taco would need to be pretty darn significant! Two when you have sides isn't always filling. Jeeze!!!
