Shakespeare: The Man Who Pays the Rent sounds soooooo interesting. I'll have to see if my library has it.
Murder at Mallowan Hall I've read this one. I liked it well enough but there was just something awkward about it that didn't work totally for me. Maybe like you said it was the fact they made Agatha Christie a character in it.
