Author’s Notes: Written for the weekend challenge at
1_million_words. Prompt was, “Woulda, Coulda, Shoulda” and while I don’t know if I was all that true to the prompt, I think it fits in a way. Because Mason could have done so much and Noah would have and should have done an awful lot as well. Just because neither ever did doesn’t exactly matter, does it? Also, my fifteen-year-old is obsessed with Justin Bieber and every time she and I are in the car, I get to listen to this song, Love Yourself. And despite the fact that it IS JB… It’s a pretty good song (hell, Ed Sheeran co-wrote it, how bad can it be, right?).
