Author’s Note: Written for the Rare Pairs challenge at 1_million_words. Trish and Hil are a rare-ish pair for me since I almost never write them together without any of the boys around. So, since it’s just the two of them here, I’m calling it a rare pairing. This was also written for the weekend challenge where my prompt was, “I’ve fought imaginary elves that were stronger than you!"
