Ugh, I want to scream and vent right now.

But I won't. I'm trying so hard not to do that to you guys. Let me just say that I CANNOT DO THIS ANY LONGER.

*sigh*

On a happier note, my sixteen-year-old had her first day as a high school junior today. And promptly missed the bus home. *headdesk* This is the first time she's ever missed the bus home and I had to laugh. She sends me a text saying, "I missed the bus. Evan, Vanessa and I will be waiting at Starbucks. Can you pick me up?"

Like mother, like daughter, I suppose.

And now, I must away to pick up my child.

Kids, eh? Junior is second to last year at high school there, right? (thank heavens for so many years of watching American TV/movies!!!). It's hard to get my head around because the juniors here are the first two years of high school, but I think I have it!

RIGHT? And juniors being the young ones makes so much more sense! But yes, it's the next to last year. She'll graduate in 2020.

My week has been... um, well, let's not talk about it, okay? :D Poor K got an earful and a half yesterday.
