Organized Chaos

Quite some time ago, someone pointed me towards a website that they used to help organize their bingos and other writing projects. I played with it a bit, but never really used it much.
Until now.
I'm kind of drowning in Netgalley requests at the moment and, while I'm not behind on any of them, I feel like I very easily could get into trouble if I don't stay on top of it. Mainly because I have ummm FOUR BOOKS DUE IN APRIL? Damn Harlequin anyway for being so free with their approvals. (I'M KIDDING. I LOVE YOU HQN/CARINA AND ALL OF YOUR COWBOYS.)
So, I had a flash of inspiration over the weekend and I now have a Trello board for my Netgalley requests.
Here's part of my board so that you have an inkling of how badly I've spiraled out of control:

(Truthfully, I only have ten requests from Netgalley at the moment, one due in March - read, reviewed, feedback sent - four in April, and the rest spread out through August. So, I'm not as deep in as I could be. The four under 'requested' are books I haven't been approved for... yet.)
I'm already finding this to be helpful. I even added on the two books I requested from LASR (the website I review for) so that they didn't get forgotten either. It's pretty, it's functional, it's easy to read, and it's fun. Hahaha.
So, I took it a step farther and added a board for my WIPs and hopeful WIPs.

What I'm hoping is that when I think, "What do I have to work on next?" I can open this up and go OH. THAT. Or, if I'm wanting to start something new/quick, I have a list of other prompts, waiting. All color coded and ready to go. At least, that's the plan, Stan.
Wish me luck? And to whomever it was that pointed me towards trello.com in the first place, THANK YOU. It's finally starting to work out for me.
OOOH. And I just had a brilliant thought. I can add notes/comments onto each card AND I CAN USE THAT TO PUT MY CHAPTER NOTES ON. YAAAS MAMA. Might have to see if I can use this to plot a fic I have brewing. HMMMMMM.
Okay - shutting up now. :D
Until now.

I'll probably revamp them in a few days, but I had a bit of free time during my observation yesterday so I played.
