October TV/Movie Recap

asphaltcowgrrlI got a few things watched this month, so that’s always good.
What I Watched:
The Affair Season 2, episodes 3-12. Funny because not long after I finished this season, one of the leads (Dominic West) got caught having an affair with Lily James. HAH.
Haikyuu!! Season 1, episode 1. Started this because I didn’t know what else to watch and had read the first volume of manga. It’s really cute though.
The Boys Seasons 1 (rewatch) and 2. I’m not entirely sure why I like this show so much, but I do. Bonus: Jensen Ackles will be in season 3.
Star Trek: Discovery Season 1, episodes 1-4. Enjoying this so far.
Borat Subsequent Moviefilm. All I can say is holy shit. LMAO. I haven’t seen the first one yet, but Taylor insisted we watch the second last week. Lord, I haven’t laughed this hard in a long time. Parts of it are awful, sexist, misogynistic, but others? Damn.
We’ve also watched another season or two of Top Chef (we watch so much of it, it’s hard to keep track) and are now on season 11, I think. There are only 17 seasons. LOL Also, we’ve made it into season 2 of Lucifer and I’m loving this show.

Finish season 1 of Star Trek: Discovery

Hawaii Five-0 seasons 9 & 10
The stack of DVDs sitting on my desk
