I'm stressed today, so bear with me.

A friend posted this on Facebook and it gave me a good laugh.

Then, she decided to turn it into an actual spread thusly:

The Jerk Spread
1. What kind of jerk is my partner?
2. What kind of idiot am I to stay?
3. Who could I be if I walked away?
(c) Arwen Lynch Poe as of 12/5/2020

So, you know what I did, right? I did a reading for Andrej in regards to Zayne. HAHAHAHA. But my results surprised me. Almost as if I were reading for Zayne instead.

Card 1: 10 of Coins. Meanings: wealth, financial security, and long term success. Which is Andrej in a nutshell, right?

Card 2: Unified love, partnership, and mutual attraction. So yeah, real dumb to stay in this relationship. LOL!

Card 3: The Emperor (fitting lmao). Authority, establishment, father figure. So, if Andrej walks away, he could be Zayne's authority figure and/or father figure. Which, let's face it, he already is.

I'm dying for real right now.

The actual cards (and I LOOOOOVE this deck):

The reason why I'm stressed is because I've applied to refinance my house and it could save me about $350 a month on my mortgage. But, they require an appraisal and my house is 20 years old. Everything is sound, my appliances are all less than five years old, and the back yard is landscaped (I don't have a front yard). But... there is a hole in the girls' bathroom floor that I haven't been able to get fixed. So, that worries me. On the bright side, if it falls through, it falls through. I can get the floor fixed and try again, right?

Anyway, I pulled a card asking how things would go on Monday because they're damn quick and this was the card I got:

9 of wands: resilience, courage, persistence, test of faith, boundaries.

I'm not sure if that's good or bad, but here we go, right?

The card because he's cute:

Anyway, wish me luck. Doing this solo for the first time and it's nerve wracking.

Good luck. It must be very nerve-wracking doing something so major alone for the first time, but you've already thought of the worst case, so you're good to go. You've got this!

Thank you! And yes, it is! Troy was usually the one handling all the technical aspects, so this is new for me.

Yeah, literally the worst that can happen is that I don't go through with the loan and I'm in the same place I am right now. Which, you know, is okay. I'd love to save some money, but if I can't? I'm doing okay, too.

Will be sending out good vibes Monday! I hope it goes just fine, and is wrapped up in no time.

Thank you! I'm doing better today, so I appreciate all the well wishes last night. Lady said it takes about 20 minutes and my place isn't that big, so it should be quick.

We just redid our mortgage. I didn't have to have it appraised though. I wonder if it's because I only bought it two years ago and we went through our mortgage company.

I wonder if you did a loan modification rather than a refinance? When we did a loan mod about 10 years ago, we didn't need the appraisal either.

Not that I know of. They called it a refinance. And I signed aaaaaallll the papers.

Ah, could be because you went with your same lender then. LOL - I remember how it was when we bought our house. Talk about writer's cramp!

*fingers crossed*

Here's hoping everything works out.

Andy is stuck with Zayne.

The dude on the card is rather rogueish.

Thanks. :)

I appreciate that. Maddie of all people has helped me relax the most. She said, "Well, they're not going to kick us out so what's the worst that can happen?" Weirdly that helped.

Yes, yes, he is. For better or for worse as they say.

I know, right? But he's so cute, I want to pinch his cheeks. :D
