Heaven help me

asphaltcowgrrlI swear, this sentence is like putting a freaking jigsaw puzzle together.
Oh, and this is *after* my co-worker has supposedly looked it over and made sure there wasn't anything missing. Well, to his credit, the only thing I'm missing is a bit of coherency!!
What I finally went with:
Cut and capped existing RO, cold and hot water lines. There weren’t any existing valve lines and had to be frozen.
I can't actually ask Joel because, if I do, I get a fifteen minute dissertation on what they did, why they did it, and why the contractor is an idiot. He can't seem to understand that all I need is for him to put the words into the proper order so I can write this change order and get it sent off. But whatever.
On the other hand, our foreman who wrote this up did a decent enough job considering English is not his first language.
