Another Kitty Update

Since there is like ZERO going on in my actual life. Hahaha.

First, Taylor finally got my FIL over to the house to hang up the pictures she got me for Mother's Day this year.  They're super cute and go well with the pillow covers Maddie got.  The frames aren't crooked - I'm just too short to get a decent shot. LOL



Then, Taylor and I were at Target a couple weeks ago and she found a Bakery to replace the other cat house scratcher thing we had. So, now this is in our living room. She's lucky they're only about $15 each. This kid.





Violet does not know the meaning of personal space. Just ask Sunny.



I was working out the other night and pushed my door closed so that it wasn't WIDE OPEN while I was huffing and puffing. This is what I get. Yes, that's Violet's paw, thanks.



When I got home on Friday, the girls presented me with an early birthday present, since 'we can't hide it, mom'. I've been wanting a plant for a while now, but 99% of them are toxic to cats and, since Sunny cannot help herself, we have to have something that's not going to kill her when she inevitably eats it.



Lastly, I joke about Violet being the feline version of Zayne. Here's a bit of proof. Note: Nayla does not put up with any of Violet's crap and you can actually see Violet's face change as she weighs her options here. (Click to watch video).  Dreamy: Temptations really are kitty crack.  Violet about puts her life on the line for these things.

As always, love seeing photos and videos of your beautiful kitties. I also love that you apparently can't have a moment's peace from Violet. LOL

Also, Taylor has great taste. I absolutely love those prints. And I love the Meow-Meow Bake Shop!

Aw, thank you. I love them, but I'm totally biased. Hahaha — no, not one moment! She will RACE you if she thinks you're going into the bathroom downstairs. It's like having a toddler all over again.

She really does, miles better than mine has ever been. The prints are so cute, and so fitting. Hahaha — Target has the CUTEST little things for cats. And it's a fun way to hide the cat scratcher.

I've been subjected to the paw under the door. It's funnier when it's a dog. Bonita was notorious for it, but then she thought she was a cat and not a dog with a huge personality.

She's such a nut. The other night, Nayla wasn't downstairs so she didn't get treats. However, Violet hopped up on that part of the couch (Nayla's favorite spot) and began searching for treats she KNEW had to be there.

Hahaha — my in-laws' dog will do that if it's just you and him in the house. And he's a big dog. Silly Bonita, she was as mixed up as Violet is. :)

I am in love with those scratcher houses but am banned from getting more — my bedroom is basically ground zero for the cats and I have more scratchers, loungers, beds and blankets for them than I have storage for myself!

Okay, I caved in and bought two of those little houses - one is meant to be a beach house and the other is a burger drive thru!! And the fights we have had between cats wanting to get into them and/or not letting other cats OUT of them! They are hysterical — I will see if I can post a couple of pictures! Thank you!

OMG, YAY! I'm thrilled the cats love them! Anytime we have one that's two stories, one cat will sit on top and pick a fight with whichever cat is inside. LOL
