The decorating has begun

Plus, I promised sharpiesgal that I'd post pictures of our Snoopy pillow.

Taylor found this (and several others) at Pottery Barn.  We are very much a Peanuts family, so we had to have one.  Troy, especially, loved Snoopy, so it's also a way of keeping him close to us.  She also conned me into a fall/Halloween doormat with Snoopy, but it's not out yet.  The pillow behind Snoopy is one that came with the couch.



Last weekend, Taylor wanted to go to HomeGoods and see if they had anything new out and to 'find another fall pillow'.  My wallet started to cry.  But we found this pumpkin pillow that will work for both fall and Halloween-ish.  The two orange pillows are just covers she found on Amazon.  She took the covers off the other two pillows we have (they're usually blue) and replaced them with the orange.  She's now also on the hunt for pillow covers for every holiday.  🙄



Yeah, and Violet has discovered the tassels on the middle pillow.  She'll randomly attack them out of nowhere.

Lastly, because we can't not have a kitty pic, here's Sunny contemplating whether she's up for a workout or not.



There might be another of these posts in the future.  Taylor wants to hit Cost Plus World Market this weekend.  This child needs to get a job. LOL

Cute pillows. I can totally see Violet attacking that pillow. Sunny was giving you an opportunity to take a pic because you know how shy she is.

Thank you! She's such a brat. If it even remotely looks like a toy, it becomes a toy. Hahaha. I got video of her tonight playing with a carrot peel.

The pillows are all super cute! I like the orange ones for fall.

I heard from my niece that Home Goods has an ocean/tropical themed glass pumpkin for outdoor fall decoration. Imma have to go take a look at that! Almost time to get pumpkins to carve, too, though I will wait a couple of weeks so they last until Halloween.

HomeGoods has some really cute stuff right now. It's where we got the pumpkin pillow! I'll have to look for it the next time Taylor and I are in there.

Snoopy is the best. I went to the Charles Schultz Museum last summer and we had such a great time.

That Snoopy pillow is adorable, and I love love love the idea of themed pillow covers for holidays or seasons. What a nice and relatively inexpensive way to change up the room! Smart thinking, Taylor!

Thanks, we're all big Peanuts fans. :) I do, too. It's a much cheaper option than buying two or three actual pillows each season.

I had wanted this pillow when I saw it, but would you believe they wanted EIGHTY AMERICAN DOLLARS for him? *cries* But goodness, he is freaking cute.
