Blood Moon
Mar. 3rd, 2026 02:12 pmSo, I decided to be dumb and set two alarms for myself last night. One for around 12:45 AM PST when the eclipse started and then another for around 3:30 AM when it'd be at its max.
My cats were very confused. Hahaha. But I did get some really good pics with my not-very-new Olympus digital camera. (Click on the photos to go to Flickr for a larger view if you wish.)
This was the first at around 12:50 AM:

And then around 3:40 AM:

The first is much better, but I think there was more light since it was earlier in the evening. Couldn't get the ISO to go less than 3200 on that second shot. But, I'm still learning. Hopefully, I get better.
