Author’s Note: Written for the prompt ‘shelter’ for the slashthedrabble community.  However… this wound up being a lot more than a drabble, so I’m also calling it for the songfic challenge at 1_million_words.  I needed about 1k words to hit my February goal, and this did the trick.  Oh, and I know I've done this theme before, but it was the only thing that came to mind for the prompt.

Author’s Notes: Written for day 3 of the October Song Fic challenge at 1_million_words.  I chose the song prompt of Dragula, although this really has nothing to do with the song.  And, like last year’s Halloween fic, I’ve stolen the title from an Alice Cooper song for this.  Because, yanno, Wes might as well be on Mars for all the listening Travis does.

Summary: Travis has conned Wes into attending a party for a fellow officer.  Against his better judgement, Wes agrees.  About the time he figures he’ll forever be a wallflower, Wes runs into someone he knows, sort of.  When Travis sees his partner with another man, chaos ensues.
Author’s Notes: Jealous!Travis anyone?    It’s mild, but I love it when Travis gets a little jealous and goes all protector!Travis on Wes.  It’s so much better when those jealous moments lead to actual emotional growth on Travis’ part.  Written for the October SongFic Challenge at 1_million_words and written to the tune of Blake Shelton’s “Sure Be Cool if You Did”.
