I know, I'll eventually get used to them, but right now, I keep passing over Excel n the task bar becuase IT DOESN'T LOOK RIGHT.

I shut mine down every night because I have too much of the guys' personal info stored on it to leave it accessible to anyone who wanders through. There is a password for the server if it goes to sleep, but since they forced us all to have the same login, I don't risk it.

I actually heard Joel the other day telling our shop guy, Rick, that he needed to change the password for his personal email so that he could access it. Luckily, someone reminded him that we can get Rick a work email. So, I set that up and he insisted on having the password. If he ever asks for mine, he can take a hike.
